SHIFT comes to View Boston – Commvault Continues to Innovate

Commvault’s innovation over the past two years has been impressive.  Not only have they introduced leading-edge services for Cyber Resilience such as CleanRoom Recovery and ThreatScan, they’ve also been very active in the acquisition market.  Commvault’s strong financial position has enabled it to make important acquisitions including Appranix (rebranded as Cloud Rewind) and Clumio.  When we look at the competitive landscape we see other companies either being acquired by private equity or merging with legacy vendors just to hang on.  Meanwhile, Commvault’s success over the past few years with Metallic (Commvault Cloud SaaS) has propelled it’s market cap to record levels.
