DataPivot Technologies, Inc., a fast-growing tech company, is looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide executive administrative support to the Founder and CEO based out of the North Andover office. The ideal candidate has prior Executive Assistant experience and is energetic, dynamic, high-agency, and customer-focused, with the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-impact administrative support across all areas of the business.
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.
- Manage the CEO’s email, calendar, and day-to-day priorities, including select personal tasks and reminders.
- Support the CEO and leadership team in strategic meetings by capturing notes, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through.
- Assist with execution of key projects prioritized by the CEO and other team members.
- Conduct market and customer research; support data gathering and reporting as needed.
- Act as a trusted liaison and point of contact across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Foster team collaboration with Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, and Finance in support of many types of business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership within a high-growth technology company.
- Local to the area and ability to work in office daily.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to changing situations.
- Email Management: Demonstrated expertise in inbox management, email prioritization, flagging, and follow-up tracking
